Tiara Darnell is a traveling audio maven—a producer, and story and tape editor creating award-winning content remotely from the places that inspire her.

Most recently, Tiara produced chart-topping original podcasts for Spotify, including hit comedy podcast, Nosy Neighbors (with comedians, Candice Thompson & Chinedu Unaka), financial wellness show, Mind Body Wealth with Lauren Simmons, the youngest person to ever trade on the NYSE, and sex & relationship extravaganza, We Said What We Said with (viral social media influencers) Rickey Thompson & Denzel Dion.

Beyond Spotify, her freelance passion projects include two seasons of NATAL, a Kellog grant-funded podcast about having a baby while Black in the U.S. (editor, producer scriptwriter), and High, Good People, a Society of Professional Journalist award-winning podcast about the relationships between people of color and cannabis in the new age of legalization (host, creator, producer, editor, sound designer--she did it all!).

Tiara is also a freelance writer; She's published words about entrepreneurs of color, cannabis & psychedelics, critical race theory (don't @ her!), food & entertainment, travel, and health & wellness. Her bylines include Vogue, Willamette Week, Portland Monthly, Travel Portland, and more.

When she's not writing or podcasting, she's probably cooking and hanging with friends, or booking her next trip.
